About this service and these terms
These terms govern use of MOSSRADAR at https://mossradar.cloud. By using the service you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Contact [email protected] for questions. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling; agreement to these terms does not by itself supply consent for optional tracking.
MOSSRADAR helps visitors discover independently hosted browser games. We provide catalog pages, descriptions, gameplay guidance and links or embedded access. We are not the developer or owner of the games unless expressly stated.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian supervision where required. The service is general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Follow any higher local age requirement and any separate age or content restrictions of a game provider.
Take regular breaks and stop if playing causes discomfort. A game's listing is not an official age rating, professional advice or a promise that it is appropriate for every player. Parents and guardians should review the third-party experience before allowing a child to use it.
Access, fees and availability
We do not charge a MOSSRADAR fee to browse the catalog or launch currently listed games. Your internet provider's charges may apply. Independent providers can have their own offers and terms; we do not process payments for them. Never provide payment or account information merely because an embedded page requests it without first verifying the provider.
Games can be removed, changed, restricted, unavailable, blocked by a browser or incompatible with a device. Network requirements, controls and game behavior vary. We may update the catalog and website to maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, preservation of local game progress or permanent availability of a title.
Third-party games, links and advertising
External games run from their providers' domains after you choose to load them. Those providers may present advertising, use storage, link to other pages or impose additional terms. Review their disclosures. You may leave an external experience at any time. Our guidance is informational and may differ from a provider's current build; follow the game's own instructions where they differ.
MOSSRADAR displays labeled Google Ad Manager / AdX advertisements separately from game controls and navigation. We do not ask visitors to click ads, simulate engagement, repeatedly refresh pages for ad impressions or interact with ads as a condition of ordinary browsing. An advertisement is not an endorsement, and any transaction with an advertiser is governed by the relevant party's terms.
Report unexpected redirects, misleading prompts, broken games or inappropriate content through Contact. Include the game name and URL so we can review the listing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.
- Interfere with security, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malware or access non-public systems without authorization.
- Generate artificial traffic, clicks or impressions, use automated ad interactions, or manipulate measurement systems.
- Overload the service, bypass access controls or collect personal information about other users.
- Impersonate MOSSRADAR, a game developer or another person, or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Copy or redistribute protected game code, artwork or content without the relevant permission.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to respond to abuse, protect the service or comply with law. Lawful search indexing and other permitted uses remain subject to applicable law, robots instructions and reasonable request limits.
Intellectual property and removal requests
The MOSSRADAR name, website design and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Game names, characters, logos, artwork, audio and game software belong to their respective rights holders. A listing does not transfer rights, establish an official relationship or imply endorsement by a developer or platform.
If you own relevant rights and believe a listing infringes them or is unauthorized, email [email protected] with “Rights request” in the subject. Identify the protected work, the exact URL, your authority to act, contact details and the action requested. Include a good-faith explanation and accurate supporting information. We review sufficiently specific reports and may remove access while investigating. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or creates permission to distribute games you do not own.
Support communications and local data
When contacting support, provide accurate information and only material you have the right to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. We may use your message to respond, investigate problems and improve the relevant service. We do not claim ownership of your message or attachments.
Saved games are stored locally in your browser, are not a cloud backup, and can be lost when browser data is cleared. External game progress is managed separately by its provider. You are responsible for any provider account and its credentials.
Service limitations and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and catalog are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without additional guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, accuracy of every game detail or compatibility. We make reasonable editorial efforts, but external providers may change their games without notifying us.
Nothing here excludes mandatory warranties, consumer remedies, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct. We do not guarantee a result, score, reward, prize or real-money return from any game. Listings that resemble cards, slots or casino games must not be interpreted as an offer of gambling services from MOSSRADAR.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by interrupted service, loss of locally stored progress, external links or independent provider conduct. Responsibility for direct loss and any limits on liability remain subject to applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
You remain responsible for your unlawful actions and misuse of the service. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your legal rights or a compulsory indemnity for the ordinary use of the website.
Questions, disputes and applicable rights
Please first contact [email protected] with a description of a problem and the remedy you seek so that we can try to resolve it. You retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to contact regulators or courts available under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an unverified exclusive jurisdiction.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent allowed by law. Failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required; updates are not intended to retroactively remove accrued rights.
